We have used Bov and his staff of Smart Build Solutions to do our whole revamp and remodel our toilet,bathroom, landing space, stairs, lounge, hall and porch. They have covered all the works ie: knocking down walls, building new stud walls, plastering, carpentry, painting, tiling and even my new tri-folding doors, infact they've done everything! They turned up on time and worked all day. Each day they discussed with us what they were doing that day and any additional work that i wanted done and cost, so there wasn't any nasty surprises at the end. Bov came up with some really excellent designs and colour schemes and even money saving smart build solutions. They where always clean and tidy, cheerful and above all trustworthy and respectful of our home. I had no problem leaving them on their own, pointed them in the direction of the tea and coffee to help themselves. We have recommened them to family and friends (even the lady in the bank!) and have offered to let people come and see the work done to our home.

I can honestly say i am 100% satisfied with the work this company undertook for me. The work was completed to a very high standard and I much appreciated the help and advice given regarding the best design, colour and materials to use. My finished new shower room and redesigned kitchen have been very much admired. The workman arrived punctually each morning and worked cheerfully throughout the day, taking great care to clear up behind them each evening. To complete it all, I felt the price was very reasonable. I was looking to have work done to my bathroom, en suite and kitchen .From looking on the internet and asking friends and family, I was recommended Smart Build Solutions. They gave a brilliant quote and catered to all of my needs.
They started work from 8am to 4pm and sometimes worked late into the evening making sure that the work they where doing to the bathroom and kitchen was up to an excellent standard. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them they gave good advice on what kind of materials would be suitable. Further more they listened to the requirements I wanted and worked to a dead line which was set out.

After several years of experiencing different tradesman come and do one expensive botch job after another, my husband and I came to the stage of not trusting a word anyone said to us, or the price we were quoted.
